Yesterday's celebration for Wai Wan and my birthday was very interesting. Received 2 presents from Jason, Wai Wan and Amos. Thanks if you are reading this.
T'was a day some things became clear, whether friendship was more valued than a girl. And whether some people had the basic respect to honour their agreement over something already properly planned and decided. Turns out not many do.
Irony number 1: Some who'd agreed to watch 007 with us now told us they had watched on friday, and had no intention of watching again, giving a statement that, 'If you want us to watch with you, ok we would.' Obviously I would not force them to watch with me. Then they proceeded to watch Just Friends. Very justified.... and just to point out, the fact that a girl was with them to watched Just Friends did not make them seem 'Just Friends', probably something more. Talk about double irony....
Irony number 2: After we split up to watch different movies, all contact was lost. None of my side received any sms or any form of communication of any kind even though there were 2 B'day boys here. By cross-referencing, we could tell that some people came not because of celebrating our B'day with us, but for some other reason which I'd mentioned above.
Arr enough of ironies. too tired to post. Going out later at 12 again... Another outing, sigh... Oh ya, before i sign off, I just want to apologise to Jason about the conclusions i made about him. K cya around guys.
